Shipping policy
We ship out Monday through Friday excluding the holidays.
Custom in stock orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship. All orders will be shipped USPS.
Custom items that need ordered may take up to 4 weeks to ship.
A tracking number will be available once your order has shipped.
Digital Items are immediate. Please check your spam and allow up to 10 minutes for your download to process. You will receive your item through shop store and will either receive a pdf to appropriate links depending on purchase. If you have issues please contact us.
If you have a question please email and we will work with you. We are not responsible of item once it is shipped. You will receive a tracking number.
If package is lost or stolen you will need to contact the carrier for next actions.
If you have made your payment through paypal your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession.
You can contact them at usps.com or 1-888-275-8777. If a shipment shows as DELIVERED with your tracking number, you will need to contact our post office as that is a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handled through the U.S. Postal Service.
